Partner Tom FitzGibbon recently achieved favorable resolutions of two actions by filing pre-emptive motions to remove invalid mechanics‘ liens. One resulted in the complete dismissal of the action against the client in Santa Clara Superior Court with the second allowing the client to sell over $30 million worth of residential real estate and later favorably resolve the claims through settlement.
