Kim Thigpen recently obtained an excellent result for an important client with the Second District Court of Appeals’ affirmance of nearly all of the trial court’s order sustaining a demurrer without leave to amend, as only one cause of action was allowed to be repleaded, but the plaintiff did not replead to state a cause of action. The matter involved claims relating to the sales practices for a health insurance policy.
