Levi Heath

Levi W. Heath is a litigator with a wide range of experience. He handles a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including product liability, toxic torts, unfair business practices, labor and employment, business torts, and contract disputes. Mr. Heath has worked on all aspects of litigation, from the pleading stage through trial and appeal.


Mr. Heath's recent experience includes:
  • Representing a global ink manufacturer defending multiple toxic tort actions
  • Representing religious orders defending high profile clergy abuse actions
  • Representing an insurance company defending a class action challenging the legality of its vacation policy
  • Representing a Fortune 50 company defending a class action challenging the legality of its home delivery policies and procedures
  • Representing a Fortune 50 company defending wrongful termination and discrimination actions
  • Representing an employer defending a discrimination and harassment lawsuit arising out of a reduction in force
  • Representing a global telecommunications company defending business litigation in state and federal court
  • Representing a visual display technology company in a case against a supplier concerning a multi-million dollar OEM contract
  • Representing a Taiwan-based conglomerate in multi-million dollar business dispute

Mr. Heath received his B.S., cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Utah in 1999, and his J.D. in 2002 from the UCLA School of Law. He was recognized as a Southern California "Rising Star" in 2004 and 2005 by Los Angeles magazine. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Heath was with the international law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP for six years.

Mr. Heath is a member of the California Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Central and Northern Districts of California.
